People often write us and ask if "they really need therapy", as if there were something wrong with them if they did. Therapy, counseling, and life coaching are nothing to be afraid of. Think about it. You get advice from your parents, your friends, other family members -- the only difference here is that you will be talking to an impartial person. Someone who has nothing vested in the decisions you make. Someone whose only agenda is to help you feel better and make better decisions.

Remember that therapy today does not have to last for years. Instead, you keep talking until something "clicks" for you, and then you can do the rest of the work yourself.
Asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do for yourself. Its very difficult for people to ask for help. It shows strength in your character that you have acknowledged a
problem and want to fix it. And we want to help you.
